Sub:-   Installation of passenger Aerial Ropeways

 

i)                    Between  Boulevard Road to  Shankeracharya Hill at Srinagar

ii)                   Ropeway at Ziyarat Makhdoom Sahib at Srinagar

PUBLIC NOTICE

            In exercise of powers conferred under Sec.-6 of  Jammu & Kashmir Aerial Ropeways Act, 2002, the J&K State Cable Car Corporation intends to construct two Aerial Passenger  Ropeway as under :-

1.            Ropeway to connect Boulevard with Shankeracharya ji Temple with Lower Terminal Point ( LTP), near the institute of Hotel Management, Nehru Park, Srinagar which is near the road and  Upper Terminal Point  on the left side of Shankeracharya Ji Temple.

2.                  Ropeway system at Ziyarat Makhdoom Sahib Shrine at Srinagar with Lower Terminal Point (LTP)  in the Park near Kathidarwaza at a distance of about 250 meters and Upper Terminal point  (UTP) on south west of Makhdoom Sahib Dargah on backside of Dara Shikoh  Mosque area.

Any person desirous to file any  objection or suggestion  to the above proposals shall do so, within fifteen days (15) from the date of issue of this Public Notice to the J&K State Cable Car Corporation. The project proposals in this regard can be perused in the office of the undersigned at Srinagar/ Jammu.

i)                    Between Mubarak Mandi and Bag-e-Bahu at Jammu

ii)                   Chairlift at Zain-ud-din Wali Sahib Dargah, Ashmuqam at Anantnag

PUBLIC  NOTICE

      In exercise of powers conferred under Sec-6 of Jammu & Kashmir Aerial Ropeways Act, 2002 the Government of Jammu & Kashmir intends to construct two Aerial  Passenger Ropeways as under:-

       i)        SECTION-I  Mubarak Mandi Complex to the Corner of the back of  the  Bahu

                  Fort, across  River Tawi at Jammu.

             SECTION-II  Bahu Fort to Mahamaya Forest Enclave located at the Hilltop.

ii)                   Chairlift at Zain-ud-din Wali Saheb Dargah Ashmuqam at Anantnag  with lower-terminal Station at Pahalgam Anantnag Road near pump house across the Martand Tunnel and  upper terminal  station on North Side of Dargah at 25 m  distance.

         Any person desirous to file any objection or suggestion to the above proposals shall do  so within fifteen days  (15)  from date of issue of this Public Notice to the Tourism Department , Government of Jammu & Kashmir . The project proposals in this regard can be perused in the office of  the Managing Director , J&K Cable Car Corporation,  Srinagar /Jammu.
